Description

We are looking for a crew member with a positive attitude interested in performing landscape maintenance and some installation. Duties vary depending on the needs of the company and season but include: edge, mow, blow, pruning, nutrient and herbicide application, irrigation repair, installation of hardscape, plants, beds, etc. equipment maintenance, and other duties as needed to serve our customers needs. Work typically occurs Monday through Friday though occasional weekend work is necessary.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and ask questions when you don’t understand
• Able to perform physically demanding work in all conditions
• Able to lift 70 lbs minimum
• Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat
• Possess and be able to use a smartphone for communication, scheduling, job tracking, and clocking in and out via your device
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to read and speak English and communicate clearly with coworkers and customers alike
• Able to demonstrate reliable attendance and work ethic
• Capable of working around families, and pets like dogs, cats, etc.., pedestrians

Pay

Pay is hourly staring at $20 per hour, paid approximately every two weeks. Paid time off accessible after 90 days.
